Ruby red with garnet highlights. Rich in the olfactory impact of wild fruits, dried violets and tobacco leaves; concludes with spicy nuances dyed in black. A warm and soft mouth, capable of effectively supporting the impact of a powerful tannic charge. The long finish recalls the undergrowth. Fermented in wood, aged 12 months in steel and 6 more in barrique. Roast pork in crust.
