Nice ruby point with violet reflections. Autumn nose with hints of roots, dry leaves and spices, with few fruity references. Substantial and fresh body, with well-modulated tannins and vanilla closure. Fermented in 30-hectoliters vats, aged in barrique for 6 months and refined in bottles for another 24. Coda alla vaccinara.
Bright straw-colored. Modulated nose on fruity tones of nectarine and melon peach; in the background a trail of aromatic herbs and orange honey emerges. At tasting it shows good freshness and sapid tension. Persistent closure. Short stop in steel. Chicken skewer with bay leaf.
