Obtained from 50% Falanghina, 30% Fiano and 20% Greco grapes vinified in steel; it has a straw yellow color, delicate and lively floral scents prevail on the nose. In the mouth it is fresh, seductive and persistent.
Food matching: Fish and frying appetizers, first courses with shellfish. Try it with octopus salad.
