Description
Obtained from 60% Aglianico and 40% Piedirosso grapes vinified in large casks; shows a bright ruby red color, lively and intense nose with aromas of flowers and red fruit. In the mouth the sip is round, balsamic and long.

Pairing: First courses with structured elaborations, second courses of red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
