Obtained from 50% Falanghina, 30% Fiano and 20% Greco grapes, it is vinified with the Martinotti Method for over six months; it has a fine and persistent perlage, the nose is appreciated with elegant exotic fruit aromas. In the mouth the sip is lively and seductive, with a long and intense finish.
Pairing: Versatile accompaniment throughout the meal, from appetizers to desserts. Try it with buffalo mozzarella and octopus salad.
