Made from 100% Piedirosso grapes vinified in steel; it has a ruby red color, delicate hints of violet and broom on the nose are enhanced by aromas of blueberries and currants. In the mouth it is lively, dynamic, thanks to the acidic shoulder of the grape and is accompanied by a tantalizing minerality.
Pairing: Excellent with elaborate first courses, it also fits very well with structured fish preparations and red meat. Also try it with medium-aged cheeses.
