Raspberry and cherry aromas with hints of fresh flowers. Medium to full body, firm and chewy tannins and a fresh, vivid finish. Great fun to taste. Drink now

Nice ruby point with violet reflections. Autumn nose with hints of roots, dry leaves and spices, with few fruity references. Substantial and fresh body, with well-modulated tannins and vanilla closure. Fermented in 30-hectoliters vats, aged in barrique for 6 months and refined in bottles for another 24. Coda alla vaccinara.

Ruby red, transparent. You immediately catch intense aromas of undergrowth, made finely spiced by vanilla, nutmeg and black pepper, closed by a nice finish of cocoa. The taste is soft, characterized by balance and good tannins. Powerful and structured, when it is full, it releases flavors of ripe fruit on a layer of coffee powder. Long gustative persistence with end of black cherry in alcohol. It ferments in truncated conical vats; it rests in barrique for 12 months and ages in bottle for 2 years. Grilled Marchigiana.
